• Congratulations to Mr. S. Keate who had a hole-in-one on the par 3 18th (LGC), on the Satuday 17th of November 2012, at the start of the winter league competitions.

• Congratulations to Mr. P. Hey, who have a HOLE IN ONE, at Childwall GC's 13th hole (Par 3 - 144 yds) on the 2nd of August 2012, with the seniors tour.  
  
  
• Well done to Mr. Captain, (Steve Brown) on completing a marathon 72 holes in a 'One Day Challenge' in aid of Cancer Research 01-07-2012.

Additional Competition Information

• Members and guests attending all club competitions are requested to adhere to the clubs dress code on and off the course - smart casual, no denim or collarless shirts.
   
  Jeans may be worn in the clubhouse only when visiting the club socially*. 
  'Training shoes' are not allowed either on the course or in the clubhouse.
  
  (* No rippied, work soilied or cut-off jeans)
  
   
  
• All players must have a recognized handicap and non-Lobden members will be asked for a handicap certificate from their home club.  Any enquiries or concerns must be addressed to the secretary or competition secretary. 
  
  
• All players are requested to play without delay  - Please signal the game behind to play through in the event of a search for a lost ball, or if they lose pace with the game in front.
  
   
• Public walking and bridleways pass alongside some parts of the course and across the 1st/10th & 8th/17 fairways - Players must wait for these to be clear before commencing play
  
  
  
• Please repair Pitch-Marks and repair Divots on the course, and do not use a club head to remove a ball from the hole.
  
  
  
• Most importantly of all  - Enjoy your Game.
